My take on this trend? Luminous skin and bold lips is right up my alley because it’s SO easy to achieve. It’s kind of my MO year round anyway! Starting with amazing skincare and a foundation/highlighter that keeps skin looking fresh and natural and ending with a bold lip is such an achievable look and makes me look and feel put together every time. I’m so glad the trend is on lips and not on something complicated. I’m all about makeup looks that are easy to achieve!

I personally just picked up this highlighter last week and some of these new lipsticks but I’ll be looking for something fun from a new brand I’ve never tried. I’ve been peeking at some of the new Bobbi Brown products and I think that’s where I’m going to make my splurge!
