The Body Shop Hawaiian Kukui Cream Review

I’ve had a sample of this in a tiny dram for almost a year. The last time I stopped into TBS, they had just come out with the Hawaiian Kukui Cream and I fell in love with the scent. I made a mental note that I loved the scent but I’m too lazy to use the lotion on a daily basis so I figured I’d wait to buy it until they rolled out a perfume with the same scent. I have so much lotion I never use, that we recently had a garage sale and I destashed ALL of it. I stumbled upon my sample of the Hawaiian Kukui Cream again and decided that next time I made it to the mall, I needed to pick up a full size.

The Body Shop Hawaiian Kukui Cream

Kukui oil is from Hawaii and smells so blissful and amazing. The Body Shop’s version is enriched with community trade brazil nut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, and and beeswax. It’s nourishing to really dry skin like mine and I’ve used it both in the winter and in the summer and it’s bomb dot com in every season.

My very first impression of this was that I’d never smelled something quite like it. It’s become a favorite part of my routine. Shower, shave, dry off and let this luxurious scented body butter sink in. The scent is so rich and sensual and I love everything about it. I’d once been too lazy to use a body lotion but I’ve come to love putting this on. I’m glad I didn’t wait for a perfume version to come out, because it’s fragranced enough that even a light application of this lasts for several hours as a fragrance. I love layering it with my favorite signature scent as well- they complement each other beautifully!

Overall, I love and this will become a staple part of my beauty routine. I love the softness and femininity of my skin and the scent. It’s so delicious and I’ve heard it smells like Hawaii.

Do you use a body lotion every day? Have you tried using the Hawaiian Kukui Cream from The Body Shop?
