Exfoliate, hydrate, and moisturize are the most important steps to remember. Exfoliation is crucial for smoother, brighter, healthy looking skin. Use a gentle treatment with micro-beads and fruit enzymes. My personal favorite from her line is the ExfoliKate treatment.

Use a moisturizer specific to your skin type to seal in the hydration. Use one that contains Peptides or active ingredient technology. Try Kate’s Deep Tissue Repair Cream with Peptide K8 to renew the skin overnight, and add a few drops of Quench Hydrating Face Serum to Deep Tissue Repair before bed. I’ve tried the Deep Tissue Repair Cream before and I agree that it really seals the hydration in.
Beyond having a great skincare routine, being healthy is also important for a year round glow! Limit your consumption of sodium, caffeine, alcohol, dairy, processed foods, and sugar and strive for exercise. This is something I am starting to work really hard at in my day to day life.
