Playing With Stila Smudge Crayon in Smoke

I was at Nordstrom Rack right before the holidays and they had a ton of makeup they were clearancing out. Deep within the scads of cosmetics, I found a bunch of Stila. I did a little happy dance as I got my hands on a few of their Smudge Crayon Waterproof Eye Primers. These little pretties can be worn as primer, shadow, or liner and are said to last 6+ hours. The one I’m showing below is in the shade Smoke, which is kind of a light and shimmery taupe gray.
I bought this myself. Contains affiliate links.

Truthfully, if it was only going to last 6 hours, this would not be good enough for me as a primer…I need those to last upwards of 12-16 hours! I haven’t noticed any problems with wear time, but I only have the shade Smoke, and I’ve been using it by lining underneath my lashes with the shade. I think it’s so much more flattering than using a harsh black or dark brown underneath my lashes. The tip is on the slightly chubbier side of things, but does have a build in sharpener in the base so you can get a crisp and clean line every time. I think this particular shade of gray would look stunning on green eyes.

I have been enjoying playing with my eyeliner lately, by lining underneath my lashes with a softer and different shade than I put up top. I usually wear brown or black liquid liner on the top lashes, and do a similar but lighter shade of pencil liner down below. What do you think?
