If you’re a regular reader on my site, you know I am super low maintenance when it comes to my haircare. I also like to use products with naturally derived ingredients whenever possible. Add to that that I have a deep love for beauty products that are high end, and you’ll understand why I am obsessed with Biotera Natural Origin hair products. I just discovered them at Sally’s Beauty Supply and I have my whole family converted!

Natural Haircare Line for Color-Treated Hair

I like to stick with shampoo, conditioner, and a leave in treatment as my go-to hair product line up. I’ll mask every so often, but overall I’m just really a wash and go girl. I don’t like to take the time, and any extra time I do have with my hair I like to spend styling it because it’s thick and long. Since I only like to wash it twice a week, I have to be careful not to use too many products, or I’ll end up looking greasy sooner than I’m ready to wash it. I have damaged hair due to coloring and using heat tools semi-regularly. I’m always on the lookout for something that will make it soft, strong, and shiny. Of course, I am also looking to stay away from sulfates, silicones, parabens, and dyes. Previously, I have not thought finding a quality hair product that ticked all of those boxes was even possible.

Biotera Natural Haircare Line for Color Treated Hair

Do you remember the salon professional line, Biolage? I grew up using that line! It’s one of the best out there but it can be pricey. The Biotera Natural Origin products remind me of this line so much. The entire experience of using the products immediately brought me back to my Biolage using days. The cinnamon scent of the product line, and the way it made my hair silky smooth the moment I applied it reminded me of Biolage. Biotera Natural Origin considers themselves a high-end alternative to the Biolage R.A.W. line for less. I think it’s interesting that I was already comparing the two before I knew that fact!  Before and after using Silky Milk A spritz of Silky Milk tames the frizz.

My routine starts with the Restore line. I need something that strengthens my hair. Before I hop in the shower, I’ve been using an exfoliating scalp brush to loosen any dry flakey areas. Next, in the shower I’ll use the Restore shampoo and conditioner. The combination of these steps really nourishes and balances my scalp and then makes my dry hair so silky smooth and strong. Lastly, after my shower I’ll apply the Renew Silky Milk. It’s great for use on wet hair to detangle and also helps to minimize frizz and static on dry hair.

Biotera Silky Milk Review

Overall, I’m so pleased with this line. I’m glad I can find it for less at Sally’s Beauty and it does everything I need it to do. Even my kids have been using it! If you are looking for a color-safe hair line to restore your hair naturally, that you can also use on your kids, and that costs less than other standard high-end products, look no further!
