Today I bring you a mask by Freeman Beauty! If you are not familiar with this company, please check them out at www.freemanbeauty.com. We have teamed up with many of their product lines for review so this won’t be the last you hear about Freeman! Stay tuned for some reviews on Feeling Beautiful, Eclos, Vita-K Professional, Bare foot, Psssst!, and Ellin Lavar Textures.
This mask was one of my favorite Freeman products to try. Why? Because it’s anti- stress (and who is NOT stressed from time to time?) AND it’s blue. I kind of dig the smurf look when I’m trying out a mask, not gonna lie.
The mask promises to absorb excess oil while clarifying and purging pores. It is perfect for oily and t-zone skin types prone to breakouts. Once it’s rinsed off, the mask reveals smooth, radiant, and healthy looking skin.
I would describe my skin lately as being on the normal to dry side but definitely acne prone, and definitely stressed out.
So how did this mask do in trials on my skin?
I love how smoothly it went on and I was able to apply it easily in a thin layer on my skin. I left it on for about 10 minutes, during which time I could feel it making my skin a little bit tight, but not unbearably so. I have had masks before that make my skin feel so tight I want to cry, but this was not one of them. I was able to get every last bit of this off my face with a warm, wet wash cloth. My skin feels like any excess oil has been zapped, but not to the point of feeling parched. My skin looks and feels very smooth and healthy after using this. Although my skin is not super dried out, it did zap enough moisture that I will be moisturizing extra tonight.
If you are in the market for trying some facial masks, I definitely recommend Freeman! You can get small sample sizes of their masks for $1-2 and the full size is only $3.99, which is a steal! They have many different masks and we will be reviewing more of them in the future. I have only seen this in store at WalMart, and online at www.freemanbeauty.com, but they may exist elsewhere too.
Has anyone else tried Freeman masks? What did you think?
