10 oz. pkg frozen spinach 8 oz. pkg. fat free cream cheese 1 can artichoke hearts 2 Tbs. light mayonnaise 3 Tbs. skim milk 3 Tbs. parmesan cheese black pepper to taste
Thaw spinach. Press out as much juice as possible. Soften cream cheese in microwave. Mix everything well, except artichokes. Chop artichokes. Fold into mixture. Serve warm.
