Shrink to Fit Hip & Thigh Cream has been my go to for after showering. Vigorously rubbing this into my hips and thighs kickstarts circulation and works to get rid of cellulite. Truthfully, neither product has banished my cellulite, and I know they won’t, but it feels darn good to use. I love the cooling sensation that comes over my skin when I use this product. I’ve been taking night showers, and putting this on right after. This amount is supposed to last 30 days applied morning and night. My new routine is moisturizing head to toe, then applying this cream to my hips and thighs, and applying a thick lip balm, foot cream, and hand cream. Literally ever bit of my body is covered with moisture! It feels so good to lay in bed and drift off to sleep fully moisturized with the ceiling fan going. It’s the little things!

What are my goals for next week?
Honestly, just living life. I need to take a chill pill this week and focus on relaxing. I have my best friend from high school whom I’ve known literally forever (one of my first friends in first grade) flying in with her one year old son tomorrow. I haven’t seen her in months so I’m very excited and she’ll be staying with us for the week. She and I are pretty like minded (except she’s not as high maintenance with her makeup as I am) so I’m sure we’ll try to fit in some shopping, trail walking, hiking, and in general, hanging out! I’m beyond excited to see a familiar face and get some friend time.
I’m also hoping to cook some eMeals this week, but realistically I know we’ll go out to eat at least a few times. I’ve come to realize I don’t always have to make the BEST choice (eating a clean meal at home) but I can make a BETTER choice rather than a BAD one. For example, when I go out to eat, I like to get something I don’t normally make at home, so maybe a pasta dish or a burger. I can always order off the low fat menu, or substitute a garden burger patty instead of the meat patty. I also normally opt for a salad instead of fries. Little by little, I’ll keep meeting my goals!
Also, our DietBet is over with soon! I hope I’ve made my 4% weight loss. I think I’m pretty close. I am hoping to join a new DietBet once this one is over!
