I am so happy that some of my favorite brands are branching out and offering their wares at more retailers. I have noticed in the last couple months that Sephora and Ulta have both taken on Estée Lauder, Ulta took on Becca, and now It Cosmetics is being sold at Sephora! It probably doesn’t seem like a big deal to most people, but when I am out and about and want to try something new, it does irk me a little bit when I have to make multiple stops to check out all the different product lines I like to look at. I am so excited that when I check out Sephora, now I’ll be able to hit up one of my favorite brands while I’m there.
Several items that It Cosmetics has come out with are now exclusive to Sephora! Many of It Cosmetics’ beauty products that I’ve tried, I’ve tried by way of QVC kits, and I notice that a couple of these items are still available there. I think Sephora Exclusive products may also be available at ItCosmetics.com and some may also be available at QVC, but you won’t find them at any other beauty retailers. With that, let’s jump into it!
Bye Bye Under Eye Illumination Full Coverage Anti-Aging Waterproof Concealer ($24) This is the same formula as the Full Coverage Anti-Aging Waterproof Concealer, but this cream is enhanced with brighteners to create a lit-from-within glow. You can use this under the eyes or as a spot concealer. The formula is pretty thick and a little goes a long way. There are four shades available- Light, Medium, Tan, and Deep. All of the shades run a little lighter than you’d expect, likely because the brightener in the formula makes them come across brighter than they otherwise might.
Bye Bye Makeup 3-in-1 Melting Cleansing Balm ($38) This is a newer product from It Cosmetics that I love. I wrote about this (read review) when it came out in a QVC kit a while back. I’m finally running out of a never ending tub of cleansing balm I’ve been working at for a while now and this is what is waiting in the wings as my replacement. I will love using this in the winter months because of how intensely hydrating it is.
Bye Bye Under Eye Eye Cream ($48) This is the product I am most excited for. I believe this is a completely brand new product by It Cosmetics. As soon as they started coming out with skincare a while back, I got super excited knowing that an eye cream was likely on its way at some point. I haven’t had a chance to properly review this yet, but I’m very excited to have this in my stash. This is supposed to smooth, brighten, and depuff, reducing the look of lines and wrinkles. Anti-aging copper, blue algae, caffeine, vitamin C, collagen, cucumber extract and peptides are some of the ingredients hard at work here. Keep your eye out for a standalone review of this eye cream at some point in the future.
Je Ne Sais Quoi Hydrating Color Awakening Lip Treatment ($24) I have a tube of this from a QVC deal from this summer (read review). This is a really fabulous product that softens lips with essential butters and oils, hyaluronic spheres and antioxidants. One of the better lip treatments on the market if you ask me!
Bye Bye Pores Primer Oil-Free Poreless Skin-Perfecting Serum Primer ($38) This is a product that is completely new to me. With ingredients like Moroccan lava clay, purifying charcoal, papaya fruit extract, and hydrolyzed collagen, it’s meant to neutralize, correct, minimize shine, and create a smooth barrier for makeup application. I’ve only used it a couple times but so far I like it and I think it helps with makeup longevity. I normally reach for something with hydrating properties that blurs my pores and I don’t know if I noticed a difference on those fronts with this one. I will keep playing and if I fall in love I will share my results in a future post.
Anti-Aging Armour Super Smart Skin-Perfecting Beauty Fluid + SPF 50+ UVA/UVB Broad Spectrum Physical Sunscreen ($38) If you’re not familiar with a beauty fluid, this type of product seems to do it all. You can use this as your moisturizer, anti-aging serum, primer, and sunscreen all in one. It has a touch of pigmentation to it, but if you’re a normal foundation wearer, you won’t want to skip that step. I’ve used this a few times so far and I really love the way it makes my skin look and feel. It really seems to prep it for makeup beautifully. I like the high SPF count and the hydration I get from this too. Another way I am excited to use it is with some of my thicker, full coverage foundation to get a dewier finish from it.
Bye Bye Lines Serum Advanced Anti-Aging Wrinkle-Smoothing Miracle Concentrate ($58) I’ve used this for a few days now (which is totally not enough for a total skincare review) but so far so good. Over time, this is supposed to visibly erase the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while improving the look of tone, texture, firmness, suppleness, and elasticity. You may even see results in as little as 10 days! In order to get a comfortable amount of this serum on my face and neck I am using 3-4 pumps of it each time. Using this morning and night, 1 oz. is probably not going to last me very long.
CC+ Skin-Perfecting Brush No. 702 ($48) If you’ve never had the treat of using an It Cosmetics brush, this would be the best place to start. I have owned one of these brushes since this summer and it’s one of my all time favorite makeup brushes. It’s incredibly soft which can be attributed to the brush hair being infused with anti-aging collagen, silk, peptides, niacin, and antioxidants. This brush can be used for applying loose or pressed powders flawlessly. I’ve personally used it to buff in foundation when I’m not using my Beauty Blender, to apply loose powder, and to apply blush. It’s very dense so be careful when applying blush! This is a great brush.
Although I’ve not intensely used all of these products yet, this is a super exciting launch and I think they chose some really great products as Sephora exclusives! My favorites of those I’ve extensively used already are the cleansing balm and the brush, and the products I most look forward to getting to know are the beauty fluid and the eye cream. This is a great set of products!
Did you know It Cosmetics is at Sephora? Have you picked any of these up yet?
