Because I’m REALLY special, I was placing a Sephora order a few weeks ago and when I got it in the mail, I was shocked to see a 15 pack of lip glosses sitting at the bottom of the box. I mean, they are my favorite lip glosses, but I totally wasn’t intending on buying the largest holiday set of them available. I thought I had a smaller pack in my cart but I actually had purchased the Buxom Lip Gloss Roulette set. After my confusion had subsided, I was really glad I made the mistake, because like I said, these are my absolute favorite lip gloss formula.
This set contains 11 Mini Full on Lip Polishes in Dominique (glittering ice), Clair (starry plum haze), Isabella (perfectly plum), Jennifer (flirty fuchsia), Julie (juicy watermelon), Karen (confetti pink), Katie (pink lemonade), Megan (caramel dream), Rebecca (golden glitz), Sophia (sweetheart pink), Zoe (dazzling orchid).
Also, 4 Mini Full on Lip Creams in Lavender Cosmo (lilac pink), Mai Tai (vivid coral), Mudslide (petal pink), and White Russian (nude pink).

Of the 15 shades, a few I remember being in other sets. I know for sure I already own a White Russian and the Mudslide from other sets. I’m pretty sure each of these shades is from the permanent range of Lip Creams and Lip Polishes, which is really awesome. In the last few months, Buxom seriously upped the ante big time and came out with something like 100 Lip Polishes. Since my name is Justina, of course they don’t have my name, but I’m totally loving that they are using a bunch of names that were popular when I was born in the 80s- Jennifer, Stephanie, Megan, Kristen, etc.
I will forever love this formula- it has a little bit of a plumping tingle, but it’s slight and not uncomfortable. There is a little bit of a minty scent to it as well. The Lip Creams don’t have any shimmer, and the Lip Polishes do. They are “mini” but honestly they have plenty of product in them. And you are getting 15 tubes of lip gloss! It’s not like you’re going to run out any time soon! I noticed this year the tubes come with gold caps instead of silver. I haven’t purchased the holiday set of these in a couple years but I remember them being silver. The Nudes & Brights kit that I bought in the spring has silver lids too, so maybe the gold is just for the holidays.
These glosses are SO pretty and some of my favorites. I use to buy every lip gloss set Buxom came out with because they are my favorite, then I didn’t buy any for a couple years. I am planning to go through and toss all my old Buxom lip glosses from previous years and replace with these! There are a few super sheer shades in here that I probably won’t wear and I’ll give to friends, but that’s the beauty of sets like this! Split it up and give them as stocking stuffers or gifts!

Buxom makes a nice lipgloss. There are some great colors in there! I was immediately attracted to Zoe. Berries!

White Russian is one of my all time favorites so it’s always nice to see they are almost always included in sets. This one looks fabulous.
I love that formula, but not a fan of the scent! But I guess, sometimes we have to compromise for a great product 🙂
