I’ve always mentioned how I’m short on time in the mornings, and I can’t do anything that gives me lots of product buildup in my hair. I only like to shampoo/condition a couple times a week because I have SO much hair and styling it is such a pain! That being said, I love all in one hair products that get the job done and allow me to keep my thick, coarse, dry, frizz prone head of hair under control. I really don’t use much in my hair, but these few products have been a total lifesaver for me.
Moroccanoil Hair Treatment Oil: This stuff is boss and I’ve used it forever. Literally, I think I’ve been using it for over 10 years. I’ve gone through numerous bottles of it. It smells amazing, strengthens hair, is a great leave in conditioner, reduces drying time, and adds shine. You really can’t go wrong. There is a regular and light version, and I’ve used both with success.
Darshana Natural Indian Hair Oil: I talked about how using this in my regimen helped me grow back even my baby hairs (and they came in thick!) after only one month post-partum. It’s a more natural version of Moroccanoil and I really love it! There are five natural oils in here; sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, olive oil, apricot kernel oil, and castor oil. It makes my hair grow like a weed and less prone to breakage.
Shu Uemura Art of Hair Wonder Worker: This is a great all in one spray that works as a multitasking hair primer with so many benefits! Hydration, detangling, smoothing, conditioning, radiance boosting, frizz taming, and increased silkiness.
Saints & Sinners Velvet Divine Styling Potion: This pomade is amazing for my hair, and I even use it on my kids! It works great on frizz, adding shine, smooth flyaways, leave in conditioning, and even protects against thermal damage! I also love that the line is 100% vegan and cruelty free! I’m obsessed with their products!
Smooth Infusion Style-Prep Smoother: On days when I’m feeling especially frizzy, this pre-style treatment really helps me smooth the surface of my hair and defend against humidity. I love how it layers well with other products as well!
I don’t use these all on the same day, but I have them all at the ready when I hop out of the shower and I use them interchangeably. I’ll often start with a hair oil, and more on after air drying or before blow drying! Each of these products work beautifully on wet hair, which is especially important to this wash and go girl. Best yet, all of them are available on Amazon, so you can get them cheap and in a jiffy!
What do you use on your hair? I’d love to know if there are any other tried and true products out there I need to check out!
