Becca is a brand I have become completely obsessed with. Everything from their highlighters to their correctors to their foundations is seriously amazing. I’ve never tried something I didn’t love from their line. Of course I also love their blushes and I think at this point I own ALL of them. Embarrassing, right? Well, now I have some catching up to do because they just came out with six more. Be still my heart, they are so beautiful. Today I have two of the new Shimmering Skin Perfector Luminous Blushes to share with you.
If you’re not familiar with the Shimmering Skin Perfectors, get familiar- they’re the best glow out there. They’ve taken their very best product and infused the shimmer with the flush of a blush to create these beautiful Luminous Blush shades. They are pigmented like the original Mineral Blushes are but have the beautiful light reflecting qualities of the highlighters. So, so, amazing. I am obsessed!
So far I have Snapdragon (coral) and Tigerlily (tangerine). I am in love with both and actually surprised myself with how much I absolutely love Tigerlily. I knew I would love them both after seeing them but I love the unexpected flush of a warm orange hued blush. It is actually my number one pic to wear with the Too Faced Peach Palette which I’m also wearing on my eyelids in the picture for this post. Snapdragon is gorgeous as well, it’s just a bit more predictable. It reminds me a bit of Nars Orgasm. If you don’t have a pretty coral shade in your makeup stash you should definitely invest in Snapdragon though. Coral is such a beautiful shade that suits most complexions and looks amazing with almost any other makeup colors you would choose. It will quickly work its way into your routine as an every day shade!
Oh my goodness, I will never be able to stop until I own all of these shades. Foxglove (orchid) is the next blush I am excited to check out. It looks like it will be perfect purple and I think it will look nice on me with a bit of a tan. When using all of these blushes be sure to use a light hand because they are SO pigmented that just a tiny bit is all you will need. I tend to dust my brush into the pan every so lightly to use them. I use this Real Techniques brush often when I am dipping into these.
Which colors appeal to you out of the collection? Do you own any of these yet?
