No matter how low maintenance my beauty routine is, the one thing I always make time for is a mask. I do these multiple times a week! My favorite time to do them is right before showering so I can rinse it off while I’m in there. If you’ve never done a face mask right before makeup you are missing out! Your skin will look amazing!

My skin is normal/dry in the summer and dry in the winter. My needs for skincare vary year round. I have rounded up some of my favorite masks below. I promise any busy babe can make time in their schedule for a face mask; the results are so worth it!

The Best Face Masks for Normal/Dry SkinFarmhouse Fresh Guac Star Avocado Mask is my all time favorite mask. I’m completely obsessed with this brand because they use almost all natural ingredients, no parabens or sulfates. This particular mask is very hydrating and can even be used every day! It is loaded with fresh avocado butter, extract, and oil for fatty acids and lots of vitamins and antioxidants. On top of delivering moisture to my skin there is a slight cooling sensation that makes me feel refreshed, and I swear there are pore refining qualities at work here too. There’s no way my skin would look so good otherwise!

When I want to deliver moisture to my skin in a quick hurry, there is no better way than through a sheet mask. I have found so many that work well over the years including the one by Freeze 24-7. I love putting one of these on for a long time and soaking up the excess serums in the packet all over my neck and arms afterwards. I love those good skincare extras!

Clinique Pep-Start Double Bubble Purifying Mask is a very fun mask to use! It’s a gel-mask that bubbles as your rub it in. I use this when my skin feels congested. The tiny bubbles help to rid my skin of residual surface oil, dirt, and debris. Although I have dry skin sometimes it just feels yucky and a purifying mask is the way to go; just remember to moisturize after!

Kiehl’s has so many good masks but one of my favorites is the Calendula & Aloe Soothing Hydration Mask. This is a great mask that I love for soothing my skin. On days when I wake up with a lot of redness in my skin, this is my jam. It has hand-picked calendula flower petals and aloe vera that bursts upon application. My skin is very hydrated and dewy after using this.

The Citrus Clear Pore & Blackhead Extracting Mask is my absolute favorite mask for around my nose and chin to purge my pores. Although I have dry skin, I do get congested pores and this is the absolute best mask for blackhead removal. The combination of clay and citrus does a lot to unclog my skin and my pores look so good after using this! It also lasts forever for me because I only use it on my t-zone.

Sky Organics has my very favorite Dead Sea Mud Mask. It’s made from Dead Sea Mud imported from Israel along with jojoba oil, aloe vera, shea butter, and other organic ingredients. This is another mask that I use sparingly on my nose, chin, and forehead when I need to get rid of excess oils. Since I have naturally dry skin I spot treat pimples with this, but other uses include using on the scalp to stimulate hair growth, strengthen hair, eliminate dandruff, and as a body treatment for aches and pains!

First Aid Beauty 5-in-1 Bouncy Mask is a new discovery for me but became a fast favorite. This has a unique gel texture that can be molded by your hands. I think of this as a firming and plumping mask. I use this when I just have a few minutes before going out and I want to give my skin a quick boost. It has nourishing, calming, firming, plumping and refining qualities!

Pixi Peel & Polish is a resurfacing enzyme peel that you apply and leave on for a few minutes so it can work its magic. Technically, it’s a treatment but since you leave it on, I’m going to call it a mask, mmk? Applying a thin layer of this to the skin and letting it sit for a few minutes activates the natural fruit enzymes that loosen dead skin cells, lactic acid that exfoliates, and dullness is lifted away. I apply this everywhere except my tender skin around my eyes because it’s a peel and I don’t want any irritated skin. I love the way it polishes to perfection!

Speaking of peel masks, my very favorite mask find possibly EVER is the REN Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask. The scent of this is like delicious pineapples. The four AHAs used in this formula are derived from pineapple, passion fruit, lemon and grape and together they work to dissolve dead skin cells and support natural collagen production. This mask seems to target everything I need help with- improving skintone, texture, firmness, radiance, minimizing the appearance of pores, reducing sun damage, etc, My favorite part is the texture. it goes on thick and balm-like and you can feel just a tiny bit of the exfoliation at work as you pat it into place. I feel like I have a whole new complexion when I wash this off. Perfection!

So…do I really use all of these? Yes! I keep them in a basket in my bathroom and I use one of them every 2-3 days based upon my skincare needs. I don’t think the average non-skincare obsessed person needs to own every single one of these but if you want better skin, I would suggest grabbing a few! There is no easier way to perk up your skin. The Best Face Masks for Normal/Dry Skin

    Hi Justina,

When it comes to using a face mask on a normal dry skin, I don’t use products instead I make myself some DIY face mask. Ingredients like lemon and honey is effective to my skin. Thank you for sharing. I will try Citrus Clear Pore and Blackhead Extracting Mask.
