If you are as into It Cosmetics as I am, you are probably already hawking any deal they come out with on QVC. Their latest deal is an unbeatable value so I knew I had to share it with you all! I have normal/dry skin and usually use hydrating liquid foundations set with a translucent powder, but for busy mornings nothing can beat the convenience and quickness of a powder compact. When I know a grab and go powder foundation will look just as nice as my favorite liquid formulas AND I can stock up for drugstore prices, you best believe I will be sharing it here! You do not want to miss my favorite powder foundation for normal/dry skin types.
Celebration Foundation with SPF 50+ is a really nice full coverage formula and paired with the Heavenly Luxe Angled Buffing Foundation Brush (it’s as amazing as it sounds, trust me!) you can have your foundation perfect in 30 seconds. No joke.
Each set contains two Celebration Foundation with SPF 50+ compacts and a Heavenly Luxe Angled Buffing Foundation Brush. If sold separately, these would ring it at $118. Today they’re bundled for under $50!
I did a quick before/after for you wearing the powder foundation. The only thing I put on my face first was my Acure Rosehip Oil (it’s less than $10 for a bottle and I’m addicted to it). I’m also wearing Coral Lip Glow and my favorite mascara. You can totally tell it takes my redness away and just gives me a more polished look overall.
As we get closer to September I am starting to think about how my oldest will be in a half day of school this year. I’m not a morning person and I’m super worried about being the psycho person at school drop off in the morning that can’t get it together. I have no illusions that I will be putting on a full face of makeup that early in the morning, but I can totally tolerate a few swipes of powder foundation, mascara, and a lip balm and I think I will be putting together a little beauty bag for my van with the essentials. It’s good that two compacts come in this set; I’ll store the backup in my bathroom!
What do you think of this TSV? Are you going to grab one while the price is hot?
