What’s your favorite skincare line?

This is a toughie for me and I don’t know if I could even answer it! Over the years I’ve tried a lot of skincare between blogging and just being personally obsessed with my skin. If I had to rattle off a list of my favorite brands that do skincare SO well, Kiehl’s, Clinique, and Murad would definitely be on it. I’m sure I’m missing some other favorites along the way but when I think of any of these three lines, I know I could add just about anything from any of these lines into my online shopping cart without batting a lash. I don’t think I’ve tried a single dud product from any of these lines, which is really saying something!

Hydro-Dynamic Quenching Essence, Hydrating Toner, Oil-Control Mattifier SPF 15 Pa+++, Invisiblur Perfecting Shield Broad Spectrum SPF 30 PA+++, Rapid Collagen for Lips, Hydro Dynamic Ultimate MoistureMurad recently sent me a little bundle of skincare goodies and I was reminded yet again how much I dig this brand. Hydro-Dynamic Quenching Essence is a new moisture-enhancing treatment of theirs that works to hydrate and plump up the skin. I am always looking for a product like this and it doesn’t disappoint. I’ve been wearing heavy balms at night lately to retain moisture in my skin (more on that in an upcoming post) but during the day I  need something a lot lighter. This is definitely in line with what I need.

In the past, I’ve also tried Invisiblur Perfecting Shield Broad Spectrum SPF 30 PA+++, Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture, and Rapid Collagen Infusion for Lips. These are some of my favorite Murad products. The Invisiblur is an anti aging treatment, primer and sun protection in one. Read my review here or just know that you love the feel of the Hourglass primer, Sephora primer, or Lancome primer, you’re going to love this one at least as much! The Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture is one of the most moisturizing face creams that has graced my face. You can read my review here. Rapid Collagen is also AWESOME as a lip balm. I bet it would be the perfect thing to smooth and plump up my lips before wearing a matte lipstick. The last time I had a tube was before matte lips were popular so I never thought of that- I am totally trying it!

Hydrating Toner and Oil-Control Mattifier SPF 15 PA++ are both new to me but I’ve been using them the past few days and really like them. I can always get on board with a toner that sprays out without the need for a cotton ball. I’m breaking out right now so the Oil-Control Mattifier is awesome as well. I don’t typically have a lot of oil but I’m wearing heavy creams at night to keep my skin hydrated and need to be more careful about keeping them away from my hairline and away from my cheeks. This cream is from Murad’s acne line and will eliminate surface shine and reduce breakouts. So far so good- it hasn’t dulled my skin at all or stripped it of much needed moisture but after a few days of daytime use my breakouts are already starting to subside a little.

Murad definitely carries some of my favorite skincare products! I am always searching for a new favorite, though! I just got a cleanser and some other goodies from Belif that I am excited to try soon and I’m also loving the masks I talked about yesterday. I just did the Pudding Apeel yesterday- so good!

Do you have a skincare line that you love? Murad has definitely been faithful to me in everything that I’ve tried! Have you tried any of the products I mentioned?

I discovered the Murad Essential C line late last summer, and I love it. The cleanser is one of my absolute faves, especially for warm weather

I have some samples from this line I need to try. The Invisiblur gets nothing but rave reviews! I think it would be great for my oily skin.

Love Murad Invisiblur! The best primer/sunscreen hybrid on the market.

When I worked at Ulta I was always recommending Murad to customers especially the acne care line. I knew how reliable it was. I have a few products from them but obviously not enough.
