No matter my age, dryness has always been my biggest skincare concern. I am constantly reaching for serums, moisturizers, facial sprays, etc to target my dryness. I recently started masking my skin overnight to infuse it with even more moisture! I’m using Anew Clinical Overnight Hydration Mask every night before bed. Now that I’m about half way done with the jar, I can share my results!
The mask is a unique gel formula that is said to instantly boost moisture by 3x and infuse skin with deep hydration for 48 hours. You are supposed to use it at night 3x a week over your favorite night cream and leave it on overnight. The little encapsulated beads are filled with hyaluronic acid and shea butter and they burst to deliver all the ingredients to your skin.
I have been rotating what I use for skincare at night lately, but I’m always using at least one serum, an eye cream, and a moisturizer. I have been using this at least 3 nights a week, probably more. Across my entire face and down my neck this goes, and I continue to rub it in to my skin until the little beads burst.
No matter what I layer this over, I love the formula! It has been making my skin feel very soft and supple and I wake up looking very glowy with hydrated skin. A couple times I’ve even worn just this over top of a serum, and skipped my night cream, and it will still work great for me. This is fragrance-free, paraben-free, oil-free, and suitable for sensitive skin. And because it goes on clear, it also won’t stain your pillow.
I’ve tried one other overnight mask, over the years, and I am just a fan of the concept. Anything that promises more moisture, and I’m there. Have you ever masked overnight? What did you use?
