I tried Whish once in a Birchbox but it’s been over two years, so I was super excited to try their Nordstrom exclusive limited edition sugar plum set! This super cute trio retails for $20 and you get a body wash, sugar scrub, and a body butter each in the wonderful scent of sugar plums.

whish sugar plum 2I was really impressed with this line. The body wash is really thin and liquidy. As soon as I opened the cap, it started pouring out into my hand without me really pushing. It smells really nice, and I used it to shave, and got a super close and soft shave. That’s not always true with the body washes I use, so I was pretty impressed by that.

The sugar scrub isn’t very gritty- it’s a gentle scrub and when rubbed in seems to turn into shea butter and covers the skin with a protective and smooth coat in the shower. I wouldn’t have needed body lotion after this if I didn’t want to bother with it!

The body butter has a thin, lotion like texture. I love the way it feels on my legs, it is so silky smooth and smells fantastic. If I wanted this to last the same length of time as the other two products, I’d probably just use it on my legs. If you used it on your whole body, you would definitely run out faster than you would with the body wash and scrub.

Speaking of scents, the sugar plum scent comes off like raspberries to me and has a bit of warmth to it. I love that so many holiday items have that sugary sweetness to them that reminds me of snuggling up under a blanket by the fire and watching Christmas movies. It’s a really yummy scent and unless you don’t like fruity or sweet scents I think you’ll probably really like this! The smell doesn’t linger long so you’ll probably enjoy it either way.

These are TSA approved so they are travel friendly! I don’t expect to be traveling anywhere far this season but that’s great news for those of you who may be flying over the holidays and bringing gifts to wherever you are going.

Love the sugar plum scent! Is this something you would try?
