Mother’s Day is quickly becoming one of my favorite holidays. Other than my birthday, it’s the only day of the year my family celebrates me and all that I do for them. I love any excuse to celebrate, and joining the “mom club” is a great excuse to party. Last year, my daughter was less than a year old on Mother’s Day, but in a year’s time she has grown up so much. I am really looking forward to a homemade card or whatever she and my husband plan out as a surprise for me!

Last year for Mother’s Day my husband got me a massage at a place with a coffee bar. This year, I don’t know what to expect but with one child and another on the way, I wonder if he will up the ante on gift giving. With our move this week, a baby coming, and our usual money saving habits, I know I won’t be getting a high ticket item, but a girl can dream, and if I money wasn’t an object, I would want a gift from Angara.com.

“Angara” is a word in ancient Sanskrit that means “the fire within.” The jewelry certainly lives up to that expectation if you take a look at their website. There are so many vibrant pieces I want to add to my collection. I am often wary of buying things online, but in the case of fine jewelry, it can be a great option in that they cut out the middleman and are able to offer the lowest prices that way. I personally don’t really enjoy going to the store and having a salesperson making tons of commission breathing down my neck the whole time. I much prefer bookmarking a website and having the chance to visit and revisit my online wish list!

Of all the jewelry you can find on their site, I am really feeling emerald lately. It’s Spring, the grass is growing and everything is fresh and green. As the mother of a toddler, my jewelry of choice is often a ring because as you well know if you have a small child, it takes one tug to lose your necklace and one rip to destroy your earlobe! If it’s on my finger, it’s safe. Check out some of my favorite picks below!Angara JewelryAnother quality I love about Angara is that you have so many options to customize your jewelry. Many items are available in 14k white gold, 14k yellow gold, and platinum. You can also choose different stone qualities between good, better, best, and heirloom. Payment plans are also offered and can be taken in full, or in installments. I love that you can customize the jewelry exactly how you want it, and the payments are so flexible!
