I am an ISO Beauty Brand Ambassador, and today I have a fun little post for you! I am doing a giveaway of a blow dryer and a little tutorial on how I blow dry my hair! The steps are really quite easy.
The blowdryer I am using in this tutorial is a super funky style called Hairlux and I have the leopard print model. It is such a fun pattern! I really like the two speed switch and the cold air shot button. It’s very user friendly and gets the job done quick when I need to dry my hair! I’m using Ouidad products for this tutorial.
1. Right when I get out of the shower, I apply Ouidad’s Moisture Lock Leave- in Conditioner. As you can see, my hair is pretty long right now. I actually have a hair cut today but in the meantime, I’ve been trying to keep it under control with some leave in products. I find it keeps my hair from tangling throughout the day if I decide to leave it down.
2. I have a lot of hair so I like to give it a little volume before I blow dry. I really like using PlayCurl Volumizing Styling Spray by spraying it around the crown of my hair on the underneath layers. I then tip my head upside down and blow dry for a few minutes that way on the warmer setting, before flipping my hair back over and blowdrying with my fingers as my only styling tool.
3. I dry my hair until it’s about 3/4 of the way dry and then stop to add more product. I like using Wave Create Sea Spray by spritzing it all over my hair and scrunching lightly to add a little bit of loose beachy wave to my hair. I like that it gives me a little texture. Whether I decide to keep my hair up or down, I think it has such a beachy and casual feel when I use Sea Spray!
4. Once the Sea Spray has been spritzed, I finish off by scrunching with my blowdryer for a couple more minutes. I don’t zap it with heat until it’s bone dry, but I get it most of the way there. I finish my ‘do by giving myself a little cold shot with the blowdryer for about 30 seconds all the way around my head to lock in shine.
The products are great, and using them with the ISO Beauty blowdryer makes all the difference. I love a low key hair day and this is how I achieve it. If you want the chance to win your very own blowdryer from ISO Beauty check out the giveaway below. Good luck!
