Just wanted to teach you a fun little blogging tip today about changing your font within a post on Blogger. It’s SUPER simple, and a monkey could do it. If you’re anything like me, you get sick of the default font all the time. Wouldn’t it be fun to switch up your headings with different types of fonts from time to time? I think so too!

If you want to switch the font for the text in every single blog post, you’ll want to go to your blog template and do it there. This is just for switching little snippets of text within a blog post around.

For this little trick, we’re not going to write any code at all. All you need to know is how to switch between the compose and the html tabs.

When you’re writing a post, you’re in the compose tab, but you will need to click back and forth between the compose and the HTML tab for this.
Step 1- Type some text
I am typing text right now in my default font, and it’s soon to change into a completely different font! Which one should I choose?

Step 2- Highlight the text

Step 3- From the font menu, choose ANY font that’s not the default font.

Step 4- Move to the HTML tab and find the font you changed to

Step 5- Where the other font name was, replace it with the name of the font you want to switch to. I’m going to switch to bebas neue, which is what i’m typing with now.

Step 6- Click back over to Compose

It’s that simple. Give it a try and let me know what you think! You could use any font you like. Hope you enjoyed today’s little tutorial! Do you want more tips like this? Leave a comment and let me know!
