I’m home visiting family right now and I’m lucky enough that they love to cook EVERY DAY and make delicious recipes. Thankfully, many of them are easy enough that I can replicate them on my own when I return home. This recent favorite can be replicated in under five minutes and is super healthy. I hope you try it!

Tomato & Avocado Salad

2 medium tomatoes, diced

1 avocado, diced

1 tsp chopped garlic

2 tsp lime juice

Salt and pepper

Directions: Mix in bowl and eat

While we’re talking about being healthy, check out this YouTube video of the trailer for The Short Game. It’s about kids playing golf and it looks really cute. It’s coming out September 20th. I’m not a huge fan of golf, but I love kids and I love fitness. I’m curious what kinds of sports my kid gets involved with later in life!
