I love the combination of mint and silver found in the clutch and on the palette- it’s so chic! I also love the swirls in the lipgloss. It definitely makes it gorgeous to look at! While I don’t normally tote around my eyeshadow with me during the day, the clutch is the perfect size for storing the lipgloss, my cell phone, and my debit card. I think it would make the perfect evening bag for summer weddings or other special events! In case it’s not obvious by the picture, the bag isn’t sequins, it’s more of a mesh made from metal circles connected together.
These are the shades- the top row contains the matte shades of a nude, brown, and mint, and the bottom contains the more shimmery shades of a light gray, a brownish-taupe, and a murky purple. These colors are all VERY on trend right now. The blush shade reminds me of a more muted version of NARS Orgasm.
LORAC’s Lips With Benefits gloss in Christian is a coral pink shade that I find to be a bit on the sticky and thick side. Depending on what you like in a gloss, this could be a good or a bad thing. I tend to like thicker glosses when I am looking for staying power and the color weave pattern in the tube is SO cute. I definitely dig this gloss for the fruity scent as well.
I wore the nude shade over my entire lid, and blended together the two darker shades in the palette (the murky purple the matte brown) for my crease shade. I then took a flat brush and applied the minty shade to the center of my lid. With primer, the eyeshadow lasted all day, but the blue was extremely muted and didn’t really pop. I would recommend if you plan to wear the minty shade to use a white primer underneath, such as Nyx Milk. None of the shades are that pigmented really, but they do last on the eyes and maintain the same color and vibrancy throughout the day that they had when first applied.
