Hello beauties! This is my kind of post- 10 fabulous finds that are $5 or less! Everything on this list has been tried and loved and recommended by me! On our old blog, http://www.trubeautygems.blogspot.com you can find a similar post labeled 50 Fab Finds Under $5 . I was browsing through those postings today and thought I’d do a new and improved, streamlined version of that post. These are the best of the best for super cheap! ENJOY!
1. CoverGirl Eyeshadow in Tapestry Taupe
One of my all time favorites! I’m not a fan of the quality/shades of the rest of their brand, but this one is a winner in my book. The color is great for every day and the staying power is great as well with the use of a primer.
2. Palladio Herbal Tinted Lip Balm- Sally’s Beauty Supply
I’m pretty sure I own almost all of these. They are great shades and look more like a lipstick or a beautiful shimmering gloss on the lips, but moisturize like a balm. The shades are gorgeous and feel high end even at their low price tag.
3. Wet ‘n Wild palette in “I’m Sunburned”
If you wore Wet ‘n Wild brand in high school, rest assured they have really improved over the years! Their shades are gorgeous and long wearing now, but at the same cheap pricetag. My favorite color combo can be found in this palette.
4. Milani Infinite Liquid Liner
Milani makes the greatest long wearing black liner EVER. The brush takes a little practice, but once it’s on this stuff isn’t going anywhere. No chance of it moving without some waterproof eye makeup remover! And it’s the blackest black around.
5. Milani Baked Blushes
Milani’s baked blushes remind me of Laura Gellers, except for much cheaper. I love the swirled together colors and the raised dome they come in.
6. Palladio Herbal Eye Primer
Are you a fan of Urban Decay’s primer potion? This stuff is very similar at a much lower pricetag.
7. Ardell False Lashes
False lashes that are winning every time. Not too thick, not so long that you have to trim them. They are just right.
8. Rimmel Bronzer in Sundance or Sunlight
I like to compare these shades to my Estee Lauder bronzer that I so love. The only that sucks about them is the packaging. If you can get over that, you have possibly the best performing bronzer around at a super low price.
9. Generic brand “Paul Mitchell Hold Me Tight Hairspray” – Sally’s Beauty Supply
Possibly the best kept secret in the land of shampoo and hairspray. I plan to review a few products from these line soon. An exact dupe of my favorite high end hair products in the $5 range? Yes please!
10. Eco Tools Face Brushes
If you’re not wanting to invest a bunch of money into brushes, these brushes from Walgreens are your best bet. They feel very luxurious, but they’re cheap enough that you can still buy groceries afterwards.
