What products make your Saturday into a Super Saturday?
Instead of a Friday Favorites, I’m going to do a Super Saturday post, highlighting my favorite products I will be using over this first fall Saturday!
1. Covergirl & Olay Foundation
I did get this as part of being a BzzAgent, which means I got it for free, but I’ve actually been wearing this almost daily. I’ve been alternating this with my Estee Lauder Invisible Fluid foundation, but actually reaching for Covergirl more often. I like that this comes out really thick and is super creamy. It works great for my dry skin. You don’t need a lot of the product and it will soak into your skin really nicely. It provides medium to light coverage and leaves my skin looking and feeling flawless.
2. Revolution Organics Beauty Balms
I love the ease of these products and the colors are just so flattering and universal. I’ve been mainly using the pink and peach shades and occasionally the bronzed shade. I’ve been reaching for these many times per week mainly for use on my cheeks, and occasionally on my lips.
3. Freeman Beauty Clay Mint & Lemon Facial Mask
I love clay masks, just love them and this is no exception! This smells exactly like mint and lemon mixed together. The product is cool going on and dries within 5 to 10 minutes. You can actually see each individual pore through the dry mask which looks a little creepy. I’ve been using this as my skin has been unusually oily in certain areas and acne prone. This has cleared up my skin quite nicely. I love doing this on a Saturday to relax and pamper myself.
4. Onesta Quench Leave In Conditioner & Yarok Feed Your Ends Leave in Conditioner
I’ve been trying to wear my hair more naturally curly lately as I noticed the frequent heat I had been applying to my hair was causing some split ends. I got my hair trimmed recently, but last night as I was straightening my hair, I noticed some splitting already. I made sure to spray in my Onesta leave in conditioner and my Yarok leave in conditioner to the ends. I like spraying both on the ends, then pulling my hair up in a bun so the products can really sink in. Its become kind of a ritual that I love. Both smell amazing and are lightweight and won’t make your hair feel oily, greasy, or weighed down.
5. Tarte Maracuja Oil
There is nothing like getting out of a fresh shower and applying some of this wonderful oil onto your partially wet skin. This is colorless and odorless and will not leave your skin feeling oily. Its a refreshing part of my routine I’ve been looking forward to.
I will be doing my final update post in a couple weeks, but this deserves a mention. I’ve been using this light for wrinkles right before bedtime and the warmth from the light helps me relax and fall asleep. Its something I’ve really look forward to. I’ve noticed more often than not that when I get up in the morning my skin has been looking pretty good and only requires a light wear foundation.
What are your Super Saturday products?
